Most colleges and universities have real estate programs or classes available for students to achieve bachelor’s degrees. No specific degree is required in these appraisal positions, but as in any career field, achieving a BA will significantly assist people in earning a job and achieving an appraiser license. Each state has different requirements regarding obtaining an appraiser license, although all require participants be 18 years old and be able to prove that legal presence in the United States.
